Kathryn Tanner
Stahlberg
Executive Director
Kathryn holds a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Food Security and Economic Growth. With more than 25 years of experience, she has worked extensively in agricultural value chains, livelihood diversification, and emergency food assistance. Her career spans the federal government, universities, and the nonprofit sector, where she has focused on strengthening food systems and fostering resilient communities.

Chelsea Cherrier
Food Hub Manager
Chelsea is a Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Nutrition and is fluent in Spanish. At CLICK, she oversees the USDA Local Food Purchasing Program in the Windham area, organizes a network of local farmers, manages food processing, leads composting initiatives, and coordinates community events. Her work bridges nutrition, sustainability, and community engagement to strengthen the local food system.

Juan Pablo Yepes
Windham Community Food Network Coordinator
Juan Pablo Yepes Tobón is the Windham Community Food Network Coordinator at CLiCK. He co-leads Mesa Comunitaria, a weekly food box program serving over 50 Willimantic households, and helps maintain the Community Fridge at Whitewater Park, a 24/7 resource for anyone to share or access food. Passionate about food justice, Juan Pablo envisions a Willimantic where gardens, fruit trees, and community abundance ensure everyone is nourished.

Maia Carpentino
Food Access Coordinator
As the Food Access Coordinator, I coordinate CLiCK's food hub program. Year-round, our Food Hub connects fresh food from 20+ local farms to local institutional and wholesale markets, including food access programs and K-12 school districts! Anyone interested in getting involved in our food hub to offer local food items on their menus and expand their impact on small regional farms can reach out to maia@clickwilli.org.
