CLiCK requires food business members to divert food scraps during their time in our kitchens. CLiCK also has a 3 bin composting system on site. Learn more!

Zero Waste Events
CLiCK organizes zero waste efforts at multiple town wide events including Willimantic's 3rd Thursday Street Festival and Hop Fest. Check out our waste reduction reports!
Community Pick Up
CLiCK coordinates with multiple local coffee shops to provide food scrap pick up. Check out our partner Good Times Coffee House in Willimantic, CT.
Our Sustainabiltliy Commitment
1. Energy Efficiency: Use energy-efficient appliances and equipment, and implement energy-saving practices such as turning off lights and equipment when not in use.
2. Water Conservation: Install water-efficient fixtures and appliances, and reduce water waste by fixing leaks and training staff on water conservation practices.
3. Waste Reduction: Reduce food waste by careful planning and purchasing, and by composting food scraps. Also, reduce waste from packaging by purchasing in bulk and recycling whenever possible.
4. Sustainable Sourcing: Purchase food and other products from local and sustainable suppliers whenever possible. This helps to reduce the environmental impact of transportation and supports the local economy.
